What is the Sparkle Cleaning Range?
It’s a flexible, non-contractual cleaning solution designed for small and medium businesses that don’t need a full-time cleaner – a cost-effective way to keep an office or workspace clean without a long-term commitment.
Is the Sparkle Range only for businesses?
No. Our residential customers can also make use of our Sparkle Range – it works in the same way.
Who is the Sparkle Range designed for?
Smaller offices, businesses, and homes that don’t require a full-time cleaner but still want their space kept fresh and spotless on a flexible, as-needed basis.
What packages are available?
Three options: Half Sparkle, Full Sparkle, and Quick Sparkle – each suited to a different amount of time or turnaround speed.
What does the Half Sparkle package include?
A dedicated cleaner on-site for 4 hours, arriving by 9am. Priced at R400 (excl. VAT). The client provides cleaning equipment and chemicals, and no supervision is included – it is the client’s responsibility to supervise the allocated cleaner.
What does the Full Sparkle package include?
A dedicated cleaner on-site for 7 hours, arriving by 9am. Priced at R500 (excl. VAT). The client provides cleaning equipment and chemicals, and no supervision is included – it is the client’s responsibility to supervise the allocated cleaner.
What does the Quick Sparkle package include?
A team of 2–3 cleaners for a fast, efficient clean lasting up to a maximum of 3 hours. Priced at R655 (excl. VAT). We bring our own equipment and supplies, making it ideal for a quick turnaround.
Do I need to supply my own cleaning equipment and chemicals?
For Half Sparkle and Full Sparkle, yes – the client provides equipment and chemicals. If you’d prefer not to, we can supply everything for an additional R370 per clean. Quick Sparkle already includes our own equipment and supplies.
Is supervision included with the Sparkle packages?
No. Half Sparkle and Full Sparkle do not include supervision. This is a key difference from our standard Contract Cleaning Services, which do include management oversight.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All Sparkle Range prices are quoted excluding VAT.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment required?
No. Sparkle Range rates are non-contractual, so you can book as needed without signing up to a fixed term.
What if I need a long-term, ongoing cleaning solution instead?
For businesses that need a regular, contracted cleaning solution rather than flexible once-off or ad hoc cleans, we recommend our Contract Cleaning Services – get in touch and we can advise on the best fit.
Do you send the same staff member each time?
Not always – because the Sparkle Range is a flexible solution, we allocate from the cleaners we have available. If you’d prefer a more standardised service with the same staff member each time, our contract services would suit you better.
Are your staff trained to clean?
Yes. All our staff go through our internal training and can carry out the basic cleaning services typically required for the Sparkle Range.
